Since the start of our company in 1994 it has always been our passion to produce new homes, renovated properties and barn conversions to the highest standards, well built with traditional styling (often using reclaimed building materials) yet encompassing all the latest design and building methods whilst still retaining that individual look.
We also apply this concept to all our bespoke-build projects, with the client providing the land and ideas we can turn their design into reality and build the property of their dreams. We are pleased to be associated with a local well respected architectural
practice, David Granger from David Granger Architectural Design Ltd who can assist with design ideas and transfer your ideas into production drawings and plans ready for Lychgate Homes Ltd to start the building process.
Your input is valued and respected and our managing director Dan Sturgess is always on hand to provide his many years of experience and knowledge in the building trade, to guide your project through to fruition in the shortest possible time.

The Victorian hospital on Leicester Road, in Ashby-De-La-Zouch, was built in 1897, the original building is to be retained and converted into a bespoke design centre for David Granger Architectural Design Ltd.
Four, two and a half story, semi-detached terrace houses with 3 bedrooms to be built facing Range Road to the rear of the hospital.
Work to commence spring 2018.

Hall Farm, Packington

Lychgate Homes has acquired a prestigious site within the sort after village of Packington. Presently a derelict farmhouse with extensive barns and outbuildings to be restored and converted together with new build properties.
Work to commence later this year.

Lychgate Homes undertook the renovation and conversion of this early 19th century Grade 11 listed building. Originally Prior Park School and in more recent years flats, this historic building has now been converted into 4 prestigious homes. A beautiful building with a symmetrical façade over 4 floors with some original features including casement style sash windows, curved porticos, fluted pillars and panelled shutter windows.
