Since the start of our company in 1994 it has always been our passion to produce new homes, renovated properties and barn conversions to the highest standards, well built with traditional styling (often using reclaimed building materials) yet encompassing all the latest design and building methods whilst still retaining that individual look.

We also apply this concept to all our self-build projects and with the client providing the land and ideas we can turn their design and build property into the house of their dreams.

We are pleased to be associated with a local well respected architectural practice (David Granger from David Granger Architectural Design Ltd) who can turn your ideas into production drawings ready for Lychgate Homes Ltd to start the building process.

Your input is valued and respected and our managing director Dan Sturgess is always on hand to provide his many years of experience and know how in the building trade, to guide your project through to fruition in the shortest possible time.

Lychgate Homes Ltd has an enviable reputation for producing high quality bespoke homes and barn conversions and bespoke individual houses built to customer’s own requirements. In addition, we also build shops, flats, commercial units and renovations offering the customer the same skilled craftsmen producing a high quality product on time and with a minimal amount of effort from the client.

Our company employs the skills of talented craftsmen, the majority are employed on a fulltime basis and have been with Lychgate for many years, some since we first started!
For other services such as plumbing and electrical works, these are carried out by sub-contractors who we consider offer us additional valuable skills and excellent service.
