Works have now started on another development on Tamworth Road at number 80 which will consisit of one large refurbishment/alterations/extension to the existing house with two 1.5 storey houses and one bungalow to the rear. Ashby-De-La-Zouch is a vibrant market town that offers lots of small boutique style shops, cafes, restaurants and public houses. There is also a post office, doctors, dentists and boasts some excellent schools. Transport links to Nottingham, Derby, Leicester & Birmingham are plentiful with good access to the motorways M1 & M42. The project (now underway) is to create what was originally a school into four beautifully restored period residences. All the plots will be three storey 4/5 bedroomed homes with flexible accommodation to suit the changing family needs.
