Contract Builds

Lychgate Homes Ltd has an enviable reputation for producing high quality bespoke homes and barn conversions but in addition we also have a contracts department that specialises in small to large extensions, individual houses to customers own requirements, shops/flats and renovations offering the customer the same skilled craftsmen producing a high quality product on time and with a minimal amount of effort from the client.

Our company has also produced a number of social housing schemes for various Housing Associations and are indeed at this present time producing a scheme of 16 flats for Eastern Shires Housing Association Ltd in New Street, Measham. We would be more than happy to discuss these projects with any Housing Associations that may be interested in the type of quality projects we produce.

Our company employs all it's employees on a full time basis including ground workers, bricklayers, roofers, joiners, painter & decorators and plasterers. Plumbing and electrical works are carried out by sub-contractors who we consider offer us excellent service and value for money.
